Aimee Prieto: Jazz Instructor

Aimee De Guzman was raised in Miami and began her ballet training at the age of three. Mrs. De Guzman began her ballet training at Ballet Etudes and has performed in many classical works such as the Nutcracker, Swan Lake, Sleeping Beauty, Giselle and many contemporary pieces. Aimee graduated from Ballet Etudes in 2005, under the direction of Susana Prieto. She has attended several competitions, where she has danced various classical ballet and jazz pieces.

Mrs. De Guzman’s love and dedication to dance led her to begin teaching at the age of eighteen. At the age of twenty one, she began a dance program at a local academic school in Miami where she coached many students in classical ballet, jazz and hip hop. Since the beginning of the dance program, Mrs. De Guzman has had the honor of introducing many students to world of dance and the joy of performing on stage. Currently, she continues to show her passion for dance teaching at Artistic Dance Center.
