Priscilla Gascon: Jazz Instructor

Priscilla Gascon started taking ballet lessons at the age of 3 in Isla Verde, Puerto Rico. In 1993, her parents moved the family to Miami, where she immediately looked to continue her training. Several years and several schools later, Ms. Gascon finally came across the teachings of Elizabeth (then Acuña) Nuevo. In the years to follow, she would continue to pursue her love for ballet at The Miami Conservatory and Miami City Ballet.

Ms. Gascon graduated from Miami Springs Senior High, where she was introduced to jazz, high kick and hip-hop through the Golden Girls dance team under the direction of Lana Vecino. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor's degree in Recreation and Sport Management at Florida International University and is a member of the FIU Golden Dazzlers.

Priscilla currently teaches and shares her knowledge of Jazz at Artistic Dance Center.
