Training begins at 3 years of age through pre-professional. ADC students can participate in our various annual performances including the full-length Nutcracker and summer performances. ADC also provides an Intensive Summer Program and a Summer Camp.

Registration & Tuition
A student will be considered registered once the information sheet is completely filled and returned with the registration fee.
Registration fees are non-refundable and will cover an entire year of classes. Registration fees and first month’s tuition must be paid to “Artistic Dance Center” in full. Tuition is based on a yearly fee that is divided into ten equal payments. This tuition is due even when the student is not present for classes, unless they have officially withdrawn from the school.

Tuition must be paid at the beginning of each month. Any tuition paid after the 10th of the month will be considered late and will be charged a fee of $25.00. Any checks returned by the bank will be charged a fee of $30.00. If the child registers in the school after the first of the month, the tuition will be prorated and the next month’s tuition will be due, in full, at the beginning of the next month. Artistic Dance Center reserves the right to cancel classes when special circumstances arise. These cancellations are not subject to a tuition credit, but the students may make-up the class at another time with the permission of the teacher.

Attendance
The teacher will keep an attendance record for each student. Any student that will be absent must call to notify the teacher before the time of his/her class.
Students will be allowed to make-up the class at another time within the month of the absence. Continued absences will jeopardize the student’s eligibility to participate in the school's performances and may be ineligible to continue on to the next level of classes.

Holidays
The school will be closed on the following dates:
Memorial Day
Spring Break
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Holiday
Winter Break
The exact date will be announced prior to the holiday.

Children should not be left unsupervised. Once a student enters the school for class, he or she is not allowed to leave the premises, for any reason, until an authorized person picks them up. The school will not be responsible for any student who leaves the premises without permission.

Parents and students are expected to know and follow the daily schedule of classes and rehearsals. Instructors have the right to turn away any student who is more than 15 minutes late. Please advise the teacher in advance if you know that your child will be arriving late to his/her class.
